- Region 2 Rates: You might qualify for Region 2 rates if your country is listed on the World Bank list for Low Income and Lower-Middle Income Economies. We are offering a discounted registration rate for these communities. If you’re unsure whether you might qualify for Region 2 rates, please email conferences@itechlaw.org
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
- Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to available speaker presentations and papers, an attendee list, access to exhibits, meals (indicated per the agenda), and admittance to the networking events. The Gala Reception and Dinner are not included and a ticket must be purchased separately with registration.
- Registration receipts are sent immediately via email. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please email conferences@itechlaw.org
- The preferred payment method is by credit card.
- All registrations must be paid in full before picking up your badge onsite.
- All registrations are subject to review and ITechLaw reserves the right to change registration fees based on current membership status. If you are unsure of your current membership status, please contact us at conferences@itechlaw.org
TICKETED EVENT PRICES:
- Gala Reception and Dinner: 4,000 INR
- Networking Guest*: 4,000 INR
- This ticket is for a spouse/partner/colleague to attend the evening networking events (Welcome Reception and Closing Reception). This ticket does NOT include access to conference sessions or the gala.
SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL PRICING:
- Post Qualifying Experience (PQE) of less than 5 Years: This special rate is intended to welcome those newer to the industry. No code is required.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- ITechLaw accepts credit card payments online with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
- All prices are in US Dollars – USD.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made on or before 9 January 2025, will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees, and a $80 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 10 January 2025, or for no-shows.
- Substitutions:
- You may substitute for another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend the conference.
- All substitution requests should be sent to conferences@itechlaw.org by 12:00 IST, Tuesday, 28 January 2025.
