2025 International India Conference FAQ

Early Registration Deadline: 10 January 2025

Pre-registration closes: 25 January 2025 (you may still attend and register in person)

Cancellations made on or before 9 January 2025, will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees and a $80 USD administrative fee.

No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 10 January 2025, or for no-shows.

You may substitute for another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend the conference. All substitution requests should be sent to conferences@itechlaw.org  by 12:00 IST on Tuesday, 28 January 2025.

To modify your registration, use this link and enter your email address and reference number found on your confirmation email.
To attend the Gala Dinner, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process. The Gala Dinner is NOT included in the attendance rate.
NOTE: ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists. Please be aware of any scamming emails.

Bulk Registrations
A 10% discount is offered for registering three (3) or more people from the same law firm or organization. To obtain the discount, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the registration page and enter the first attendee’s email, and select the regular price
2. Continue through registration until you reach the page asking if you would like to add another attendee
3. Click yes, and you will be taken back to the page to enter the next attendees email and select the regular price
4. Go through the registration process for the third (or more) attendee, and when you have added the last attendee, select no and proceed to the payment page
5. On the payment page you will enter the code Group and the 10% discount will be applied

ITechLaw has negotiated a discounted rate at The Taj West End, Bengaluru. The room block closed on Monday, December 30, 2024 but is still accepting reservations. Subject to sell out.

Lunch and AM/PM snacks are provided on 30 January and 31 January. Receptions will also have provisions. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact conferences@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.). Vegetarian options will be made available at lunch buffets and receptions. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request.

Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so by modifying your registration online through our registration system or contacting conferences@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.

Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events.

Wireless access will be available throughout the conference. Instructions to connect to Wi-Fi will be provided onsite.
