Ruben Roex is partner at Timelex and performs compliance audits for multinationals and public sector organizations and assists clients with implementing data protection requirements in day to day activities, processes and systems. He advises clients regularly on complex issues regarding data protection law as well as on Data Act and related matters. He is also experienced in all matters relating to cybersecurity and cybercrime. Shivli, is a seasoned professional with near18 years of work experience. Excelling in fintech at Policybazaar Group and Amazon Pay, she demonstrated adeptness in navigating regulatory complexities especially where it has strategic or tactical impact on the business. As Head of Legal at Razorpay, Shivli remains at the forefront of fintech law. Her experience in General Corporate and Fintech practice areas, includes payments, insurance, digital lending, mutual funds, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, mergers, acquisitions and fund raising. She also served as Public Policy Lead to Rajeev Chandrasekhar from 2014 to 2017 and as a LAMP Fellow from 2010 to 2011.
Harshitha Thammaiah, Xiaomi
Ms. Harshitha Thammaiah is the Senior Director and General Counsel of Xiaomi India group and is responsible for leading the legal and compliance team in India and international markets of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Harshitha advises the board on all legal, business and strategic decision making. Prior to Xiaomi, Harshitha has spent over a decade at top tier law firms advising on general corporate and technology matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, entry strategy, intellectual property, data protection and viability of new technology business models.
Joyjyoti Misra, Gameskraft
Joyjyoti Misra, is the Group General Counsel at Gameskraft, where he oversees the company’s legal and compliance teams across all business units. With an exceptional legal acumen and a career marked by high-stakes achievements, he has been instrumental in shaping Gameskraft’s legal strategy and defending its interests. Before joining Gameskraft, Joy served as Director and Head of Legal for Uber in South Asia. In this role, he built and led an award-winning legal team that played a critical part in Uber’s regional success. Prior to his in-house roles, Joy was a Partner at Khaitan & Co., one of India’s leading law firms, where he focused on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions across sectors such as healthcare, technology, and financial services.

Rajeev Nair has around 30 years of experience in the legal profession, most part of it being in in-house legal roles. He currently heads Legal, Government Affairs and Public Policy at HP Inc. with responsibility for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Rajeev started his career as a litigating attorney before the High Court of Kerala, and subsequently made a shift to in-house legal. He has been part of the corporate legal teams of Unilever, ING Group and HSBC prior to joining HP. Rajeev holds an LL.B Degree from the University of Kerala, and LL.M in Corporate and Financial Laws from OP Jindal Global University.
