REGISTRATION DATES
Early Registration Deadline: 12 September 2024
Gala Ticket Purchase Deadline: 15 October 2024
Pre-registration closes: 29 October 2024 (You may still attend and register in person.)
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations made on or before 1 October 2024, will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees, and a €250 administrative fee.
No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 2 October 2024, or for no-shows.
All substitution requests should be sent to memberservices@itechlaw.org by 12:00 CET, Tuesday, 29 October 2024.

To modify your registration, use this link and enter your email address and reference number found on your confirmation email.
To attend the Gala Dinner and Reception, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process. The Gala Dinner and Reception is NOT included in the attendance rate.
NOTE: ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists. Please be aware of any scamming emails.

The ITechLaw 2024 European Conference will take place at The Westin Grand Munich.

ITechLaw has negotiated a discounted rate at The Westin Grand Munich on a block of rooms for our attendees. The room block closes on Saturday, 26 October 2024. Subject to sell out.

Which meals are included with my registration? Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?
Lunch and AM/PM snacks are provided on Thursday, 31 October, and Friday, 1 November. Receptions will also have provisions. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.). Vegetarian options will be made available at receptions and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request.
I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so by modifying your registration online through our registration system or contacting memberservices@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.
What is the dress code for the 2024 European Conference?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events.
For Gala Attire: Pick your favorite of cocktail & black tie recommended OR traditional Bavarian (Dirndl and Lederhosen) OR halloween costume. (Gala tickets must be purchased by 15 October 2024)
Will I have Internet access while at the conference?
Wireless access will be available throughout the conference. Instructions to connect to Wi-Fi will be provided onsite.
Additionally, attendees may connect their phones to the M-WLAN Free WiFi available at major U-Bahn Stations and most frequented areas in the city.
What if I need special assistance?

Please note that November 1 is a holiday in Munich/Bavaria and the stores will be closed in the area. Please plan accordingly.
Getting Around Munich
The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city center. The most efficient and cost-effective way to travel to the city center, specifically Odeonsplatz, is via the U-Bahn, which takes only 8 minutes. We recommend that attendees avoid taxis due to potential traffic delays and higher costs.
To facilitate travel, attendees should download the MVGO app from the following link: MVGO App and register a payment method to purchase tickets. This will ensure a smooth and convenient commute between the hotel and downtown Munich.

Please download the Conference mobile app to receive important updates, have the agenda in the palm of your hand, learn more about the speakers, and more. Be sure to set reminders for the sessions you do not want to miss and have notifications enabled on your device to receive alerts! Through the mobile app, you can also view the opt-in attendee list. If you find yourself not listed, it means you did not provide consent during the registration process.
To download and access the app:

- Copy the access code and select the blue ‘Launch Aventri’ app for the appropriate operating system (iOS or Android)
- The app store will open so you can download the ‘Aventri Events’ app
- Paste the access code and click ‘Go’
- Be sure to enable notifications to receive reminders throughout the conference, including any schedule changes
