Committees
ITechLaw thrives due to the ongoing dedication of its volunteers and the creative contributions of its wide spectrum of Committees. ITechLaw currently offers Substantive Law Committees and Working Groups, dedicated to specific areas within technology law, as well as multiple organizational committees driving the direction and growth of ITechLaw. Committee membership and meetings are open to all ITechLaw members.
Participation in committee work provides excellent visibility for the organization and offers a multitude of educational, professional development, and networking opportunities for ITechLaw members. A committee leadership position is a one-year appointment, from July 1 – June 30 and most require 10-15 hours of work during the year. Committees coordinate content for the conferences, create webinars, post articles to the Member Center community, write articles for the ITechLaw website, and serve as thought leaders for the ITechLaw Board and membership.
