Robert M. Weiss provides legal and strategic advice on commercial IT matters, and represents clients worldwide in a variety of complex technology transactions, including development and licensing projects, outsourcings, electronic trading agreements, ERP implementations, cloud computing arrangements and telecommunications procurements.

Mr. Weiss is a member of the ITechLaw Board of Directors and serves as the Global Sponsorship Chair. He is a former chairman of the Chicago Bar Association's Computer Law Committee. He graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. degree and he earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Mr. Weiss regularly speaks and writes on industry matters. He has published articles and been quoted in a variety of newspapers, journals and other media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, CNN Money, Consumer Reports, Real Simple magazine, CFO Magazine, and Computerworld. He is recognized as a leader in the 2011 edition of Chambers USA for Technology & Outsourcing.
