Salvatore Orlando is a partner at Studio Legale Macchi di Cellere Gangemi. His main areas of practice are financial, corporate and IP litigation, bankruptcy, IT and data protection law. He has significant experience in commercial agreements (B2B e B2C). Mr. Orlando also assists domestic companies and multinationals in planning and implementing marketing strategies.
Mr. Orlando obtained his law degree from the LUISS University, Rome and was admitted to Bar in 1996. He is an associate professor of private law at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Economics Faculty. In 2009 he was admitted to represent clients before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
Mr. Orlando has published various articles on contract law, consumer law and IT law, and the monograph entitled Rischio e vendita internazionale (Milan, Giuffrè, 2002). He has been appointed as member of the Central Commission set up by the Ministry of Justice for the 2008 BAR examination.
