Dr. Markus Häuser

Dr. Markus Häuser regularly advises major international companies of the Information Technology, High-Tech, Automotive, and e-Media industry. Dr.Häuser has been in charge of several international technology transactions and complex IT outsourcing deals.
Dr. Häuser received his law degree from the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University Munich in 1998. Before joining CMS in 2001 he worked as a scientific researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Intellectual Property Law in Munich and held a scholarship from the MPI. He received his doctor's degree in 2001. In 2004 he worked as a foreign associate for the technology team of CMS Cameron McKenna in London.
Dr. Häuser is a member of the German Association of Law and Information Technology (DGRI), the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), and of the IT Group of the German Lawyers Association (DAVIT).
