Hervé Gabadou advises clients in the areas of legal management of complex projects involving IT and telecommunications issues; defends companies in cross-border disputes; assists them in the negotiation rounds of domestic and international agreements; and assists them with IT-related disputes and litigation proceeding before French civil or commercial courts.
As part of his regular practice, Mr. Gabadou provides legal guidance throughout IT projects, advising on the governance process or offering contract management services. His team also provides compliance audit services and legal guidelines for company-wide IT reorganizations. Mr. Gabadou also assists clients in defining legal specifications for IT projects subject to sector regulations.He is also active in data protection matters, helping clients to familiarize with adequate privacy reflexes. He regularly intervenes to ease the relationships between his clients and the French data protection authority (CNIL). Before joining Courtois Lebel, Mr. Gabadou was the Head of the IT legal practice in a multidisciplinary global firm.
