Eugene Weitz is a longstanding member of ITechLaw, serving on the Board of Directors from 2011 through 2017. He also is Chair of ITechLaw’s Global In-House Lawyer Committee. Eugene is currently Vice President - Law and integrated member of the DXC Technology’s Legal Department via DXC Technology’s Managed Legal Solutions team, Eugene’s representation of DXC Technology includes supporting the General Counsel and providing strategic guidance regarding global cybersecurity policy inclusive of participation in the United Nations’ OEWG, Cybersecurity Tech Accord and Paris Call Working Groups as well as the ongoing digital transformation of DXC’s Legal & Compliance Department.

Kate M. Growley is a director in Crowell & Moring International, based in Hong Kong. Drawing from over a decade of experience as an internationally recognized attorney previously practicing in the United States, Kate now helps her clients understand, navigate, and shape the policy and regulatory environment for some of the most complex data issues facing multinational companies, including cybersecurity, privacy, and digital transformation. Kate has worked with clients across every major sector, including technology, health care, aerospace and defense, and professional services. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US/G), as well as a Registered Practitioner with the U.S. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Cyber Accreditation Body (AB).
Roland Mathys, Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd, Switzerland
Roland Mathys is an attorney-at-law and partner at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd in Zurich/Switzerland where he heads the firm's technology and data law team. He studied law and computer science in Basel and Zurich and holds an LL.M. in technology law from the London School of Economics (LSE). In his practice, he regularly advises and represents clients on, among other things, large IT and outsourcing projects, cloud and XaaS projects, Swiss and EU data protection law, legal issues relating to digital platforms and new technologies, and cybersecurity. Roland Mathys publishes in his areas of expertise and regularly speaks at international and national conferences. He is Vice-Chair of the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), Past Chair of the Oversight Committee of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), Co-Chair of the Law Commission of swissICT, member of the Steering Board of digitalswitzerland and Co-Editor of sic!, Switzerland's leading journal for intellectual property, information and competition law. He is currently authoring a publication on legal aspect of cybersecurity which will be the first of its kind in Switzerland.
